THE RIGHT FIT
For the people
working the ticket.
IT support and endpoint teams using Windows, SCCM / ConfigMgr, Intune or co-management. We agree a controlled evaluation group and the engineers taking part before arranging access.
- Inspect the current state. Read endpoint health, deployments and Windows system information over WinRM.
- Follow the evidence. Review findings and recommendations, inspect commands, and evaluate the relevant repair tools.
- Measure a useful result. Compare time spent on a recurring incident, the clarity of the diagnosis and the quality of the handover.
Available functionality depends on the endpoint, permissions and management configuration. The pilot build is in development.
THE PILOT, STEP BY STEP
An agreed start.
A useful review.

Introduce your environment
Send the form below. We review the fit, agree the participants and use cases, and confirm access arrangements by email.
- 02
Start the 30-day evaluation
The clock starts on the date we agree with you, not when you submit the form. Begin with diagnostic checks and review the impact of any repair before running it.
- 03
Share feedback
Use an agreed midpoint check-in to discuss what worked, what was unclear and what needs attention.
- 04
Decide what comes next
Review the results at the end of the pilot. Choose a licence agreement or close the evaluation, with no automatic renewal or purchase.
