Availability is confirmed with your quote. The offer applies to named-user annual licences for the first 12 months only. Consulting and custom agreements are quoted separately. A case study can be discussed after a successful pilot and published only with your agreement.

Before you decide.
What counts as a licensed engineer?
Each person using Verity needs a named licence. It covers that person’s use on their workstations. A licence can be reassigned when someone leaves or their responsibilities change; it is not a shared or concurrent seat.
Do I pay for every endpoint?
No. Named-user licensing does not add a charge per endpoint. Use within one customer organisation is covered; MSP and multi-organisation arrangements need an agreed scope.
How do the volume rates work?
For 10 engineers, the first four cost €1,960 and the next six cost €2,340, giving €4,300 annually before VAT. Earlier licences keep their rate when you add more engineers. Mid-term additions and renewal alignment are set out in your quote.
What happens after the pilot?
We review the results together. You can request an annual licence or finish the evaluation. There is no automatic purchase, card charge or subscription conversion. Continued access requires an agreement.
What support is included?
Email help with Verity’s functionality and bug reporting is included during the annual term. Environment administration, custom scripts, on-site work and guaranteed response times are separately agreed. No 24/7 service or response-time SLA is included in these prices.
